What Congressmen Are Up For Re-election In 2012 In Texas?

Just want to know who has to run again in Texas in 2012.

The House is up every two years, for starters.
(Folks, Senators are Congressmen, too, and are elected every 6 years on a rotating basis. Because Senator is a more elite title, that is used for Senators, but ‘Congressmen’ technically refers to both the House and Senate. The name for ONLY House members is ‘House Representative from Tx (14)’ or whatever.)

In the United States, a Congressman usually refers to a member of the country’s House of Representatives. Note: American political scientists, in a further effort to clarify the issue, now use the term Member of Congress (MC), to refer to both members of the Senate and the House, and stick to Senator and Representative when referring to members of either specific body. These terms – Member of Congress, Senator, Representative – all have the advantage of being gender-neutral, reducing the number of variant terms needed. Senators are elected every SIX years. 33 run in 2008, 33 run in 2010 and 34 run in 2012.
